GreenWave Hydroponics is a family-owned farm in Fruitland, Idaho, growing fresh lettuce and herbs year-round using clean, efficient hydroponic systems. Founded in 2020 by Amos Wengerd, the greenhouse uses a unique rack system and nutrient-rich, recirculated water—no pesticides or chemicals, ever. ​ This method lets us harvest twice a week, 52 weeks a year—delivering crisp, flavorful greens even in the middle of winter. Our produce is stocked in stores throughout the Treasure Valley and loved for its unbeatable freshness. ​ At GreenWave, we believe healthy, local food should always be in season.
